Jack and the Beanstalk

Coming Soon

Based on Benjamin Tabart’s 1807 publication, “Jack and the Beanstalk” is the tale of a poor young boy, living with his widowed mother and their dairy cow. On his way to market to sell his beloved cow, Jack meets a mysterious man who trades the cow for a sack of “magic beans”. The beans begin an adventure to a land in the sky, where Jack meets a singing harp, a goose that lays golden eggs and, or course, a giant. Performed using rod puppets, masks, baffoons, body puppets, and colorful, hand puppets, “Jack and the Beanstalk” is both fast-paced and colorful. Perfect for family series programming.
